We will look to process returns within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please ensure that you the item is packaged securely and request proof of posting when returning your items to us.
Products can only be returned if they are unworn / unused / unopened and in their original packaging. We are unable to offer refunds on goods once the protective seal has been broken and the item opened. For items such as sports supplements, we do not offer returns on the basis that a customer does not like the taste of a product.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the event that you receive an item which is faulty or damaged, please inform us within 7 days by email to customerservices@poised.co.uk and return it to the address above. We will offer a full refund on the item and postage costs to return the item.
Incorrect Items

Free Gifts
Occasionally, we will offer free gifts with purchases of certain items. These gifts must be returned if the item which it was offered with is being returned as unwanted, damaged or incorrect. Additionally, gifts must be unworn / unused / unopened, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
