How do I search for a product?
There are several ways to search for products on poised.co.uk. The best method for browsing the site is to use the navigation buttons at the top of the page. These will then direct you to our various departments. Alternatively, if you know the product you are looking for, just type this into the search field above the navigation buttons and hit the ‘go’ button. Once you have found the product you are looking for, just hit the ‘add to cart’ button and follow the on screen instructions to complete your purchase.
Remember to keep an eye on the product reviews when browsing the site to see what our other members thought!
Do I need to create an account to shop with you?
Yes, but don’t worry it’s very easy. Also by becoming a registered user of our site you will be eligible for special offers and other member benefits. To register a new account simply click on the ‘register’ button on the top right hand side of the screen and follow the on screen instructions.
How can I sign up for newsletters?
You can keep up to date with all of our new products and offers by signing up for our newsletters. To do this simply check the box ‘tick here if you would like to receive our newsletter’ when you create your account or complete a purchase. If you have done this and you are still not receiving our newsletters, it is possible that your email software may be sending our messages to your junk folder. To prevent this from happening simply add info@poised.co.uk as a contact in your email account and this should rectify the matter. It is also a good idea to check in your account details to ensure that you have provided us with your correct, most up to date email address.

An item I want is no longer in stock
We keep large stock balances but occasionally these do run out. We continuously monitor our inventory levels and we endeavour to keep healthy stock levels of our most popular products. If an item you are interested in appears to be out of stock, get in touch with us at customerservices@poised.co.uk and we may be able to advise when we are expecting a delivery. Also, if there is a brand or product that we do not seem to stock but you feel we should be, we are interested in hearing from you. Email us at brands@poised.co.uk and tell us all about it!
When will I be charged?
Assuming that your card is authorised, you will be charged right away and you will receive an email to confirm this. If you card is declined you will not be charged and your purchase will not be completed. At this stage we will email you to advise why your card was not authorised. The purchase will appear on your bank statement as 'POISED.CO.UK'
I need some advice on a product, can you help me?

How to I update my account details?
To update your account details simply click on the ‘Account Login’ button and follow the on screen instructions.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Unfortunately you cannot cancel or amend an order once it has been paid for and confirmed. If you wish to cancel your order please email us at customerservices@poised.co.uk and, assuming that this has not already been dispatched, we will cancel it for you.
I want to cancel my order under the distance selling regulations. How do I do this?
The UK Distance Selling Regulations state that consumers have 7 working days to cancel an order (from the day after you goods are received) In these cases goods will be inspected upon receipt to ensure that they are in their original condition. Items will need to be returned to us at the cost of the customer.
