Orders received before 4pm, Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received outside of these hours are processed and dispatched on the next working day.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges vary depending on where your order is being sent. Charges are as follows:
UK - Delivery is FREE on all UK orders
Europe Zone 1 (EU) - £5.00
Europe Zone 2 (Non EU) - £15.00
USA & Canada Zone - £8.00
Rest Of The World Zone - £30.00

How long does delivery take?
UK - Expect delivery within 2-5 days, sometimes sooner if we can. On occasions delivery can take up to 7 working days. If you have not received your order after 7 working days please contact us.
Europe Zone 1 (EU) - £5.00. Expect delivery within 5-10 days.
Europe Zone 2 (Non EU) - £15.00. Expect delivery within 5-10 days.
USA & Canada Zone - £8.00. Expect delivery within 5-10 days.
Rest Of The World Zone - £30.00. Expect delivery within 7-10 days.
For overseas orders it is not unusal for orders to take up to 15 days to arrive. If you have not received your order after this time please contact us.
Who will deliver my order?
In the UK delivery will be made by either Parcelforce or, if you are based in London or Kent, GJS. A signature may be required upon delivery. For overseas deliveries, delivery will be made by TNT or one of their local courier partners. A signature may be required upon delivery.
What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?
If no one is at home when your order is delivered a card will usually be posted through. If this is the case, please follow the instructions on the card and liaise with the delivery company in order to receive your order.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 24 hours of us receiving it. We will send you an email to confirm that your items have been shipped successfully. You can also track the progress of your order in your account ‘order history’ section.
Will there be any further charges for me to pay?
Delivery costs to overseas locations do not included any applicable duties or VAT which may be levied upon import of your order. These charges must be paid by the receiver. The courier will advise you if there are any charges of this type. If you are unsure how much these charges could be please contact us.
