Diections

Add 1 or 2 scoops of My Protein MP MAX® Elle True Diet (1 scoop is approximately 28g) depending on your own personal tastes and nutrition needs. Mix with 150-300ml of water or skimmed milk (for a thicker shake use less liquid, for a thinner shake add more).
For best results, add the liquid first, and then powder into one of our shakers or blenders. Once mixed consume immediately.
MP MAX Elle True Diet is an ideal substitute for breakfast, or midmorning/afternoon snacks. We recommend two servings per day.
