Directions

Add 1 scoop of  My protein MP MAX® True Whey (25g) and mix with approx 150-250ml of water or skimmed Milk (for a thicker shake use less liquid, for a thinner shake add more) . For the best results add liquid first, then powder into one of our shakers or a blender. Once mixed consume immediately. We recommend 2-3 servings daily. Consume on waking, in between meals, at bedtime or any other time you need to boost your protein intake.
