Directions

Mix 1 serving of Cyclone™ (1.5 scoops or 60g) with 350-400ml of water. Stir with a fork or mix in a Maximuscle shaker. Cyclone™ should always be consumed within 5 minutes of mixing. Always take 2 servings (3 scoops) daily, 1.5 scoops in the morning, and the same again in the afternoon or after exercise.

Why not add a serving to a clean and dry Maximuscle shaker, and take with with you to work or to the gym. Simply add water when the time comes to drink it.

Note: Although Cyclone™ is designed to be mixed with water, it can be mixed with soya/skimmed milk.
